From Que Albury: 

Da Word is a venue that I conceived to give people within the Black community and the LGBT community–and the community at large– a platform on which to demonstrate their passionate art, be it music, poetry or theatre.  We are a talented people. 
 
On Sunday, February 10, 2008, I will present another evening of expression I call the Da Word.  February theme is Valentine’s appropriate: Sensuality & Sexuality. It will be a certifiably HOT time.  Bring your thoughts on this concept with a fresh, new spin.  Come, Come.
 
Our new Center City location, CASCAMORTO, is a very fine piano lounge located in the Rittenhouse Square area, 20th & Arch Streets, for your convenience.
