On the evening of Thursday August 28th, Senator Barack Obama will be the first Black person ever to accept the Democratic nomination for President of the United States.  There will be a watch party held at Club Heat in honor of this momentous occasion, with a “village style celebration” to follow.  There will be light snacks, drink specials and flat screen TV’s to watch the ceremony on.
